Woodside Park have a permanent site licence so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind. All of our new homes are fuelled with a natural gas supply and come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty.
Homes are purchased with a regulated licence agreement, where a weekly pitch fee is paid by the home owner. This fee is reviewed annually. Pitch fees at Woodside Park are currently from £69.08 per week.

We are happy to welcome cats and dogs onto the site with written permission . However the site is for residents over the age of 25 only.

Whipsnade Zoo is 15 minutes away and Dunstable Downs (the highest point in Bedfordshire!) is a 15 minute drive.

GETTING OUT & ABOUT
Fancy some time out? There is a swimming Pool in Stopsley a short drive from the park as well as Local Pubs in Woodside village and Stockwood Park Golf Course 5 minutes from the park.
To get there you'll find a Bus service at park entrance as well as train service from Luton town into London being just over 20 minutes. Luton Airport is only a 10 minutes drive which is ideal for getting abroad.
